Best Buy Gift Card Customer Service Fix

Redeem up to 15 gift cards per transaction in store and 10 gift cards per transaction at BestBuy.com. Best Buy limits its maximum value of each gift card to $500 and uses commercially reasonable efforts (or good faith efforts) to limit the daily card values sold, per person, to $2,000.

Select Best Buy orders will be eligible to receive a promotional e-gift card. Best Buy promotional e-gift cards are NOT the same as CashStar Best Buy e-Gift Cards. Different terms and conditions apply.

Bulk gift card purchases for businesses can be made through the corporate gift card program. Visit the corporate gift card page for program information and terms and conditions. Bulk purchases for consumers are not accepted.

In Checkout, enter both the card number and 4-digit PIN on the back of the card. If your gift card balance doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your primary form of payment listed in your Best Buy account, or to another acceptable form of payment at your request. If the total cost of the order is less than the balance on your gift card(s), any unused balance will remain on the last gift card you entered.

I returned the recalled Insignia Air Fryer on June 9, 2022 via UPS. I called the Best Buy number given and it was confirmed that it was received, but I have not received the electronic gift card as of August 17, 2022. I will definitely think twice before buying a Best Buy brand. This is the worst recall experience I have ever had! Why are some getting their electronic gift cards and others are not!!

Thank you for visiting our Forums! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here. I can understand wanting to find out about your Air Fryer recall. All inquiries should be directed to our Best Buy Recall Hotline at 1-800-566-7498, Option 1. That is the team that processes the recalls and will be able to give you an update on your gift card and gift card method.

Thanks for reaching back out. I completely understand how frustrating it is to wait on this recall gift card. The information we had at the time was to tell customers inquiring about the gift cards to call the Recall Hotline. Currently an escalation process is being created to get folks their gift cards. Can you please private message me with your name, phone number, email, and physical address so that I can submit your information to that escalation team?

While the Better Business Bureau gives Affirm an A- rating (you can read more about the BBB rating process here), customer reviews are not so good. It has a 1.16/5 average rating based on over 700 customer reviews on the BBB website at the time of writing. The customer complaints range from not being able to get ahold of customer service to not being able to obtain a refund.

Much like the other POS providers in this round-up, Afterpay has poor customer service reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. It had a 1.17/5 average rating based on 398 customer reviews at the time of writing. Many of the customer complaints focused on canceled orders from the merchant or failure to receive a refund from Afterpay. BBB gives Afterpay a B rating based on its own rating system.

Who's this for? Sezzle, a Minneapolis-based buy now, pay later provider, is best for people who want a short-term loan, no interest, no reporting to the credit bureaus and flexible payment dates. It's one of the few BNPL providers that allow customers to reschedule one payment per purchase.

Sezzle has over 40,000 partner merchants, but it's not connected with as many well-known or popular retailers as other BNPL providers. You can use the service both in-person and online, but you're limited to using it at partner merchants. You just sign up for Sezzle virtual card through the app and then add it to your Google Pay or Apple Pay and use it at checkout like you would any other virtual card.

The main advantage to using a buy now, pay later service, as opposed to paying with a credit card, is that they often don't charge interest and are easier to be approved for, though they typically require an upfront deposit.
